Renovation of the "Johann Wolfgang von Goethe" Secondary School - 01809 Heidenau - Multipurpose Room (MZR) with Connecting Structure - Lot 15.30-1 - Sandstone Work for the Multipurpose Room Lot 15.30-1 includes the following services: Sandstone work – MZR As part of the renovation of an existing listed building, sandstone work on the historic façade structure is being tendered. The services include the restorative repair and cleaning of sandstone surrounds, cornices and decorative elements, the renewal and replacement of damaged natural-stone components, as well as adaptation work resulting from window alterations. In addition, repairs appropriate for a listed building are to be carried out using stone indents and stone replacement compounds. The following are to be carried out: - Damage and measures mapping - (355 m² façade repair) - 70m surrounds in Cotta sandstone - 40 m² plinth in Posta sandstone - 0.25 m³ stone indents on natural-stone elements - 100 units of stone replacement compound < 10 cm ² - Enlarge 4 window openings (demolition each: 2.2 m x 70) - 6 m extension of sawn surrounds - 8.5 m repair of tympanum - Restore 6 openings in the basement and close them with window shutters Procedure: neg-wo-call.
