VE-BA1-10 Plumbing - Heating - Cooling Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") operates Frankfurt/Main Airport and, in addition, several other airports, terminals and service companies worldwide, either alone or jointly with third parties. Frankfurt Airport is planning the complete spatial restructuring of the central high Hall B area in Terminal 1, together with the adjacent "Avenue" and "Boulevard" shopping areas. The "Holistic Consideration of Central Hall B" project originally began as a fire protection refurbishment and structural refurbishment project and, following completion of the preliminary design planning, has developed into a project for the complete redesign of central Hall B and the adjacent Boulevard and Avenue areas due to the structural possibilities arising in the area and new requirements from the contracting entity. The subject of the present procurement is the following work: Construction of all wastewater, water and gas systems, heat supply systems and cooling systems in the "Holistic Consideration of Central Hall B" project for construction phase 1. The subject of the present procurement is the following work: Construction of all wastewater, water and gas systems, heat supply systems and cooling systems, including: Wastewater, water and gas systems: Renewal of the pipes - approx. 420m rainwater, approx. 110m emergency drainage, approx. 460m wastewater, approx. 60m grease-containing wastewater - approx. 850m drinking water, approx. 330m service water - Renewal of hot-water generation (central and decentralized) - approx. 13 instantaneous water heaters 6-24kW, 1 fresh-water station - Renewal of the WC areas incl. sanitary fixtures - approx. 23 WCs, approx. 2 accessible WCs, approx. 2 showers Heat supply and cooling systems: Construction of a new technical plant room - heating distributor approx. 800kW / 4 heating circuits - cooling distributor approx. 1000kW / 4 heating circuits - Renewal of the pipes - approx. 1200m heating, approx. 2650m cooling - heat pump for heating/cooling approx. 110 kW - new heating/cooling baffles approx. 68 pcs. and recirculating-air cooling units approx. 25 pcs."
