Turnkey modular construction (overall award) of an 8-group kindergarten, including planning services, functional performance specification. The City of Niedernhall is planning the construction of a new daycare facility with a crèche and kindergarten at "Brückenwiesenweg", intersection with "Am Forellenbach", and Schulstraße. The single-story building is to be constructed on a currently still developed plot of land. Five group rooms with associated ancillary rooms are planned for a maximum of 25 children aged approximately 3 to 7 years, and two group rooms with associated sleeping rooms for a maximum of 10 children aged 0 to 3 years. In addition to the rooms for childcare, the buildings will have kitchens with dining areas, staff rooms, an office, and a parents' room. The technical rooms and storage rooms adjoin the buildings directly. The storage rooms for the strollers can be accessed from outside and inside. In contrast, the technical room can only be entered from outside. The new building is to have maximum dimensions of 85.92 m x 26.59 m with a built-over area of 1550 m².
