The subject of the procurement procedure is construction work for the ventilation systems trade - for the renovation and extension of Owen Town Hall. The City of Owen is constructing an extension (new building) to the existing town hall, including conversion of the existing building and the town hall square, on the properties with parcel numbers 86/2 + 87/1 + 114. The existing building is classified as building class 3 and the new building as building class 4 in accordance with § 2 paragraph 4 LBO. Both parts of the building are uniformly classified as special-purpose buildings in accordance with § 38 paragraph 2. The subject of this invitation to tender is the trade: Ventilation Systems.
