The City of Owen is constructing an extension (new building) to the existing town hall, including conversion of the existing building and the town hall square, on the properties with parcel numbers 86/2 + 87/1 + 114. The existing building is classified as building class 3 and the new building as building class 4 pursuant to Section 2(4) LBO. Both parts of the building are uniformly assessed as special-purpose buildings pursuant to Section 38(2). The subject of the present invitation to tender is the trade: heat supply systems.
