German Environment Agency - Dahlemer Dreieck Property Supply - Thielallee 88 - 92, 14195 Berlin Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Systems - DIN 18299, DIN 18379 - KKE 4301 Construction project MTLV-UBA Dahlemer Dreieck Property Supply Thielallee 88-92, 14195 Berlin KKE 4301 Chiller Type + scope of services: General rules for construction work ATV DIN 18299 VOB/C Refrigeration systems and refrigeration piping ATV DIN 18379 VOB/C Insulation work on technical installations ATV DIN 18421 VOB/C • Central cooling supply for Building 18 with two redundantly designed chillers installed outdoors (each ≥ 27 kW, refrigerant R290, outdoor installation, safety distance 2 m) • Primary and secondary pumps, buffer storage tank as a hydraulic separator, internal chilled-water pipes in Building 18 • Recirculating air coolers for room conditioning, condensate-draining piping systems • Integration into the central building management system and safety equipment • Integration of all auxiliary units: magnetite separator, vacuum degassing, diaphragm expansion vessel, dirt and sludge separator • Construction of the refrigeration system outdoors, connection of the underground refrigeration line to Building 18 (electrical, telecommunications/IT and building automation control center) • Commissioning, instruction of the operator’s personnel and complete documentation (including circuit and piping diagrams, operating instructions, maintenance manual, measurement records) Maintenance services are part of the invitation to tender – Term: 4 years Dates: Start of performance: within 12 working days after receipt of the request from the contracting authority (§ 5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B); the request is expected to be sent to you by 11/2026 End of performance: within 250 working days after the aforementioned deadline for the start of performance binding individual deadlines Procedure: open.
