New laboratory building of reinforced-concrete construction with a timber sandwich façade and architectural concrete elements positioned in front of it. The building volume is further differentiated by recessed roof terraces and a two-storey technical-services structure with a flat roof. 2. Comprehensive renovation of the listed existing building (old building) dating from the turn of the century before last. New-building services: - Manufacture, supply and installation of external sheet-steel door elements as single-leaf and double-leaf hinged doors, approx. 5 units - Manufacture, supply and installation of internal sheet-steel door elements with fire-protection requirements from T0 to T90 as single-leaf and double-leaf hinged doors, approx. 55 units - Manufacture, supply and installation of fire-resistant shaft closures EI90 i RS, approx. 11 units - Manufacture, supply and installation of lattice doors as single-leaf hinged doors, approx. 8 units - Installation of door stops, approx. 50 units - Levelling of unevenness, approx. 50 m - Sealing of internal connection joints, approx. 500 m - Installation of sanitary partitions, 2 bathrooms - Old-building services: - Manufacture, supply and installation of internal sheet-steel door elements as single-leaf hinged doors, approx. 10 units - Upgrade internal sheet-steel door elements and make them operable and lockable, approx. 8 units - Prepare internal sheet-steel door elements for emergency-exit fasteners, approx. 2 units - Upgrade and restore steel-and-glass door assemblies, sound-insulation measures, add overhead door closers, approx. 7 units Start and end of contract performance Start of performance: Within 12 working days following receipt of the request from the contracting entities; the request is expected to reach you by 06.08.2026.
