Metal construction work: Location of the construction site: The project area is accessible by transport infrastructure and is located in the Recklinghausen district, approx. 1 0 km west of the center of Recklinghausen in the commercial area . The construction site borders another construction site, which will be developed separately from approximately mid-2 027. If third-party construction work takes place on the construction site adjoining to the west during construction , this may result in restrictions regarding access , logistics or construction site organization. The services must be performed taking the local conditions into account. No further claims may be derived from any third-party construction work taking place in parallel. Location and type of structure: The structure will be constructed as a compact building with three above-ground floors and a technical floor on the roof. The building is classified as building class 5 pursuant to the NRW State Building Code and has a gross floor area of approx. 4 .577 m 2 . The building's foundation will be constructed as a reinforced concrete floor slab using watertight concrete construction. The building will be constructed predominantly using reinforced concrete . The building volume is articulated by projections and recesses. This creates different building depths and enables terraces and tiered green roof areas . One section of the building is elevated due to increased room-height requirements. The parapet height of this section is approx . + 17.50 m above ground level.
