The construction project involves the energy-efficient renovation of the entire school building of St. Martin Primary School in Ochtendung. The construction site is located at Raiffeisenplatz 5, 56299 Ochtendung. The building complex is divided into three sections. The left section houses the primary school, including the administration. The building has a basement and four above-ground floors; the 3rd upper floor will be newly constructed using timber-frame construction. The central wing is a single-story connecting structure and serves as the new entrance area (foyer/covered recreation hall). This area also has a basement. The right wing has no basement and extends up to the 1st upper floor. A daycare center is located on the ground floor; the upper floor is used by the all-day school.
