Pfalzklinikum is planning the extension of the juvenile forensic psychiatric facility in the southern area of the hospital grounds at Weinstraße 100, 76889 Klingenmünster. The subject of the present EU-wide invitation to tender is the specialist lot for external plastering/ETICS work (façade). The extension is planned as a 2-storey new building (with a partial basement constructed as a watertight concrete structure), including an entrance area and sports hall. The building is designed as an in-situ concrete, semi-precast element (walls/ceilings), and masonry structure. A separate workshop building for the occupational therapy department, connected to the existing Building 50, is also included in the scope of the extension. The present invitation to tender concerns the specialist lot for external plastering/ETICS work (external thermal insulation composite system with finishing render, as well as plinth insulation on the façades of Building 49N and the workshop building). The relevant main quantities can be found in the following description of the procurement (bill of quantities VWR43-300-05). The subject of this invitation to tender is the external plastering/ETICS work (façade) for the above-mentioned construction project (external thermal insulation composite system, including plinth insulation and finishing/silicone resin render). The work includes, in particular, the installation of the ETICS and the rendered surfaces on the façades of Building 49N and the workshop building. The main work items in accordance with bill of quantities VWR43-300-05 are: approx. 2,000 m² external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) façade. approx. 2,200 m² silicone resin render. approx. 250 m² foam glass board as plinth insulation. approx. 1,900 m² KR 2 finishing render. approx. 150 m² KR 1 finishing render.
