New Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst Building – Screed Work (Remaining Work) Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst GmbH is constructing a new hospital building at Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst. The subject of this procurement is the outstanding screed work for soft floor coverings and screed areas with formwork stops on the floors from the basement to the 4th upper floor. Main scope of work: - floating cement screed in thicknesses from 60 to 90 mm, predominantly d = 75 mm, totaling approx. 10,100 m² - screed strips in widths from 15 to 30 cm, approx. 535 m - impact-sound and leveling insulation made of stone wool in thicknesses from 30 to 60 mm, as well as perimeter insulation strips - two-layer PE film as a separating layer - substrate preparation, including cleaning, leveling, moisture measurement using a CM device, and pull-off testing - aluminum screed stops, movement-joint profiles, resin sealing of joints, and finishing around floor openings and columns - shop and installation planning for the expansion-joint layout - trade-specific site setup and hourly-rate work The work adjoins screed areas that have already been completed. Connection to the existing construction is part of the work. The screed work lies on the critical schedule path of the overall project; subsequent finishing trades will work directly afterward, floor by floor. The work will be carried out in construction sections in accordance with the schedule of deadlines (Annex 1.1 to the bill of quantities). The construction site is managed through a logistics concept with a binding logistics manual. Procedure: open.
