The German Institute of Human Nutrition (DIfE) is planning the refurbishment of parts of a research and office building. The construction project comprises the demolition, refurbishment and new construction of areas. The construction services put out to tender here include the structural and non-structural demolition work for existing and new-build areas in Building Section B, as well as the demolition work for technical building services (TGA). They will take place prior to the subsequent new construction work. The following services are being put out to tender: - Site setup - Hazardous materials investigation and documentation - Non-structural demolition work - Structural demolition work - Work charged at hourly rates - Disposal - Demolition work for technical building services (TGA) Procedure: open.
