The DMS must meet the following essential requirements: Proper retention of documents Electronic file and records management Electronic process handling/workflow Integration into SAP applications Integration into the HISinOne Campus Management System In the first expansion stage, approximately 300 users are expected to work with the DMS solution. In the final expansion stage, approximately 6,000 employees are expected to use the system. Overall, in the first expansion stage, approximately 110,000 documents are expected to be newly recorded in the DMS each year for the applications in the DMS introduction phase.
