The overall project consists of 3 sub-projects by 3 contracting authorities, which, due to their close interconnection, are to be awarded jointly in order to achieve a technically coordinated construction process and coordinated execution of the works: 1. Construction of the new Sterkrade main clear-water sewer of the Emschergenossenschaft (EG) 2. Construction of a new combined sewer by Wirtschaftsbetriebe Oberhausen GmbH (WBO GmbH) 3.
