Scope of work (essentially): Road construction -Demolition and dismantling work: Remove, sort and clean 160 m² of natural stone paving and transport it to the contracting authority's storage facility. Remove and dispose of 500 m² of natural stone paving. Demolish and dispose of 40 m² of asphalt layer. Remove and dispose of 420 m³ of crushed stone / gravel layer. Remove 4 road drains. 15 m of road drain connection pipes. 46 m³ of soil excavation for connection pipes. 80 m² of trench shoring. -New road construction Moosbergstraße: Construct 700 m² of base course made of recycled construction material 0/45, D=38 cm. Construct 700 m² of asphalt base course AC 32 TS, D=12 cm. 700 m² of bituminous polymer-modified binder C60 BP-4S. Construct 700 m² of asphalt binder course AC 16 BS D, D=6 cm. 700 m² of bituminous polymer-modified binder C60 BP-4S. Construct 640 m² of stone mastic asphalt surface course SMA 11 S, D= 4 cm. Construct 60 m² of mastic asphalt drainage channel MA 11 S, B=20-30 cm. Construct 15 m of joints and fill with bituminous sealing compound. Construct 6 road drains. Construct 27 m of sewer connection pipe DN/OD= 160 PP - SN16 for road drains. Sewer construction -Earthworks, shoring and demolition work: 120 m² of shoring for excavations for manhole structures. 460 m² of shoring for pipe trenches for drainage sewers. 265 m² of shoring for pipe trenches for sewer connection pipes. Excavate and backfill 105 m³ of soil for manhole structures. Excavate and backfill 405 m³ of soil for drainage sewers. Excavate and backfill 170 m³ of soil for sewer connection pipes. Remove and dispose of 1 sewer manhole. Remove and dispose of 1 lamp hole. Remove and dispose of 72 m of drainage sewer DN 350 Stz. Remove and dispose of 6 m of drainage sewer DN 250 Stz. Remove and dispose of 70 m of sewer connection pipes DN 150. -New sewer construction: Construct 72 m of drainage sewer DN 400 Stz - TKL 200. Construct 3 m of drainage sewer DN 350 Stz - TKL 160. Construct 6 m of drainage sewer DN 250 Stz - TKL 240. Construct 70 m of building sewer connection pipes DN 150 Stz. Construct 1 precast reinforced-concrete manhole DN 1500 (manhole M30863). Construct 1 precast reinforced-concrete manhole DN 1200 (manhole M30857). -Additional services to be provided: Preservation of evidence for the existing buildings as well as the roads and sidewalks. Construction of temporary surface pavements and ramps. Temporary wastewater bypassing of existing sewers and connections. Inspection of the building sewer connection pipes using a push camera. Sewer leak test DN 400 Stz, vibration measurements, compaction tests, and other ancillary work. Procedure: open.
