The Nonnweiler Reservoir Association plans to construct the Eiweiler drinking-water treatment plant (TWA). Procurement unit VE05 comprises the associated mechanical engineering + electrical, instrumentation, control and automation engineering services. The subject of this procurement procedure is all mechanical engineering + electrical, instrumentation, control and automation engineering services for the Eiweiler drinking-water treatment plant (TWA). The content of the present invitation to tender (procurement unit 05) essentially consists of the technical equipment for the drinking-water treatment plant, with a treatment capacity of max. 800m³/h. Treatment using ultrafiltration membranes, followed by limestone filtration and UV disinfection, is planned. Sludge treatment is carried out using a lamella separator and belt filter. The individual services can be found in the bill of quantities (Annex A0), the documents under Annex B and the planning documents under Annex C. The mechanical engineering + electrical, instrumentation, control and automation engineering services are being tendered pursuant to Section 13(1) SektVO in a negotiated procedure with a call for competition (2-stage procedure). The procurement procedure is divided into several stages. Interested applicants or groups of applicants initially participate in a call for competition by submitting their request to participate together with the supplementary documents and evidence specified therein. Applicants/groups of applicants for whom, following examination of the requests to participate, no grounds for exclusion exist and who meet all suitability requirements will advance to the second stage of the procedure. At the appropriate time, they will be requested to submit their initial tender and invited to negotiation meetings. Important: Tenders are to be submitted only in the second stage of the procedure following a separate request.
