Opportunity description

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is awarding a rental contract including full maintenance service for the provision of ten coffee machines at the Eschborn site. A rental contract including full maintenance service (provision, maintenance, and supply of operating and care components) is planned from August 2026 for a period of 50 months (4 years and 2 months) for a total of ten fully automatic coffee machines. These are to be located in the 5 buildings at the Eschborn site. The operation of the machines, as well as the provision of coffee, milk, and other beverage ingredients and routine cleaning, will be undertaken by the caterer on behalf of GIZ. The operation of the fully automatic coffee machines is not the subject of this invitation to tender. Procedure: open.
