Earthmoving work for construction measures in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen in the Dahme-Spreewald district in Brandenburg. The medium-sized town is located in the south of the Berlin metropolitan area. The Cottbus Chamber of Crafts (hereinafter HWK Cottbus) owns an approximately 12,800 m² property at Heinrich-Heine-Straße 54b, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen (district: Königs Wusterhausen, cadastral section: 4, parcel: 329). The property can be described as flat, without significant topography. Supported by funding from the EFRE/JTF Programme 2021-2027, a modern, innovative vocational training facility for the following trades is to be constructed on this property by mid-2028: plant mechanics for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning systems, electrical technicians, automotive mechatronics technicians, metalworkers and office management, and hybrids of the aforementioned trades. The earthmoving work required for this construction measure will be awarded through this procedure. The earthmoving work is scheduled to begin on 28.09.2026, with construction scheduled to end on 06.11.2026.
