The contracting entities Flughafen Düsseldorf Ground Handling GmbH and Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH operate commercial airports and are obligated to provide suitable means of transport for passengers on the apron to ensure proper flight operations. These include, in particular, electric-powered apron passenger buses that comply with the applicable aviation-law, safety-related, and operational requirements. Against this background, the contracting entities are conducting a joint procurement procedure as part of a purchasing cooperation. The subject of the invitation to tender is the manufacture and supply of electric-powered apron passenger buses for both contracting entities. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1: 10 buses for Flughafen Düsseldorf Ground Handling GmbH Lot 2: Up to 16 buses for Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH Each contracting entity will conclude a contract for independent call-offs under the respective awarded lot. Supply of a total of 10 apron airport buses as a firm order. Of these, 4 airport buses preferably by 31.10.2027 (binding delivery date will be agreed with the tenderer during the tender discussion) 4 airport buses no later than 31.10.2028 2 airport buses no later than 31.10.2029 Earlier delivery may take place after consultation with the contracting entity and subsequent approval by the contracting entity in text form. The acceptance quantities and associated delivery deadlines for the total of up to 16 apron passenger buses, consisting of a firm procurement portion and an optional procurement portion under a framework agreement. These are as follows: a) Firm procurement portion (initial order) 6 airport buses preferably by 31.10.2027 (binding delivery date will be agreed with the tenderer during the tender discussion) b) Optional procurement portion (call-offs under a framework agreement) The contracting entity is entitled, but not obligated, to call off additional vehicles under this contract as a framework agreement in accordance with the following tranches: Tranche 1: at least 2, no more than 5 airport buses, delivery no later than 31.12.2029. Tranche 2: at least 2, no more than 5 airport buses, delivery no later than mid-2030 (30.06.2030). Earlier delivery may take place after consultation with the contracting entity and subsequent approval by the contracting entity in text form. Procedure: neg-w-call.
