Opportunity description
The District of Nienburg/Weser is planning the construction of a new Fire Service Technical Center (FTZ) in the industrial estate of the village of Lemke, Municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The space program comprises approximately 8,200 m² of usable floor space, as well as approximately 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – maneuvering and training areas. A construction site of approximately 3.4 ha is available for this purpose. The project provides for the installation of a building automation system. The building automation system comprises the automation, room automation, and management levels for monitoring, controlling, regulating, and visualizing the technical systems. Two central automation hubs are planned in the project. In addition, automation hubs will be located in the vehicle hall, workshop hall, and logistics hall. For room automation, room automation distribution panels will be installed in the respective electrical engineering sub-distribution areas. These room automation distribution panels implement the room automation functions. The sun protection drives, window contacts, and underfloor heating valves will be integrated via I/O modules connected to the room automation distribution panels. The lighting will be integrated via KNX-DALI actuators installed in the electrical engineering sub-distribution panels. The respective interfaces and communication paths must be coordinated accordingly with the electrical engineering and building automation trades. Approximately 500 physical data points and approximately 550 shared data points are planned in the project for the plant engineering. In the room automation area, there are approximately 700 physical data points and approximately 2,000 shared data points. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 530,717 EUR.
