Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR is planning the new construction of a student residence in Künzelsau. - 1 automation station for the HLSK systems with BACnet/IP communication, M-Bus connection and local priority operation (LVB) - 1 graphical touch panel (15") for operating and visualizing the building automation - 1 Layer 3 switch as the central network component for the GA network - Supply and integration of a total of 36 temperature sensors (outdoor, room and immersion temperature sensors) - Supply and integration of pressure sensors, frost protection monitors and leakage monitoring devices - Supply and integration of 1 motorized three-way control valve and 4 motorized shut-off dampers - Programming and parameterization of 87 physical data points (29 AI, 42 BI, 7 AO, 9 BO) - Creation and parameterization of 101 virtual data points (52 AV, 49 BV), including alarm and monitoring functions - Establishment of the building management system with 9 system graphics, trend recordings, time programs and data historization - Performance of engineering, programming, commissioning, functional testing, documentation and operator training.
