Rote Kaserne West WA8 - Electrical work The construction project involves the construction of four new four-story buildings for student housing, including four commercial units on the ground floors of Buildings A and B along Georg-Hermann-Allee. Building D is located north of planned road D, and Building C in the southern section. The third upper floors of Buildings C and D are designed as setback floors; Buildings A and B have four full stories. The roofs are designed as flat roofs with extensive green roofing. The buildings will be constructed as timber structures. Basement floors, as well as corridor walls and corridor ceilings on the ground floor, and the walls and ceilings of the commercial spaces in Buildings A and B and of the common room in Building C will be constructed in reinforced concrete. Stairwells will also be constructed in reinforced concrete. The entrances to the residential buildings are located on the courtyard side. The buildings are detached. Buildings A and B have full basements; Buildings C and D have partial basements. The tendered service comprises the following services for Buildings A-D: KG 440 - Electrical systems, KG 450 - Communications, security and information technology systems, KG 490 - Other measures for technical systems, KG 550 - Technical systems in outdoor facilities.
