Framework agreement for the Real Estate Management Department of the City of Essen, Electrical. Lots 1–10, districts 1–9, in accordance with STLB Bau Z LB 682 dated 2025-07. Ten lots in nine city districts are to be awarded under a framework agreement for smaller electrical installations for City of Essen properties, schools, daycare centers, administrative buildings, etc. In addition to building maintenance, renovation and new construction measures up to a net contract value of EUR 15,000 may also be handled through this framework agreement. Installation work in Essen City Hall, Porscheplatz 1 (in-house workshop), and on the systems listed below is generally not part of the contract. - Science rooms - Smoke and heat extraction systems - Emergency lighting - Grandstands and partition walls - Stage technology - Electrical sun protection systems - Hazard detection systems - Evacuation systems - KNX systems. Orders are placed by the Real Estate Management Department. The framework agreement has a term of one year. The contract is extended by a further 12 months unless terminated in writing by either party three months before expiry.
