Opportunity description

The electrical installation comprises the complete electrical power supply and distribution of the building, including low-voltage main and sub-distribution boards, wiring systems, cable support systems, socket outlet and connection installations, as well as the connections for the building services systems. The scope of work also includes the Category 1 fire alarm system (BMA), the safety and emergency lighting system, the IT/data network including passive network infrastructure, as well as a photovoltaic system with approximately 156 kWp as a self-consumption system without battery storage, including inverters, cabling, protection and switching devices, and grid connection. The lighting fixtures will be supplied by the client and are not part of the electrical installation.
