New Internal Medicine Central Building (Central Building II), Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH, Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig. Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH intends to construct an additional central building at the Eutritzsch site to improve medical care. The construction site is located in the rear, western part of the hospital. Construction project: New Internal Medicine Central Building (Central Building II), Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH, Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig. Lot: 1404 Building Automation. Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH intends to construct an additional central building at the Eutritzsch site to improve medical care. The construction site is located in the rear, western part of the hospital. Components of the tendered services include, among other things: Supply, installation, expansion, connection, commissioning, and documentation of: - 29 automation stations - 93 control cabinet panels - approx. 85,000m of cable - approx. 11,000m of conduit - approx. 400m of cable trays - automation programs - field and automation devices for the technical systems in cost groups 410 to 470 - a smoke extraction system for supplementary smoke removal - functional tests, 1:1 tests, and trial operations (individually and across trades) - as-built and revision documents.
