The contracting entity intends to procure a self-sufficient mobile substation (AMU), including maintenance. Upon award, two contracts will be concluded. One contract provides for the delivery of an AMU. In addition, a maintenance contract will be concluded, which will enter into force following commissioning of the facility. This provides for an initial term of 36 months, beginning with commissioning, expected in Q1/2031. Subject to the more detailed contractual provisions, there is an option to extend the services five (5) times by twelve (12) months each. The maximum contract term is therefore 96 months.
