Opportunity description
SWR is further developing the Mainz site to provide future-ready media services. Building over the existing multi-storey parking garage directly along the street "Am Fort Gonsenheim" enables the required compact expansion of space for multimedia tasks at the Mainz site and ensures short distances. The two new storeys span the existing garage, and their façades follow the curved course of the street. The new building is accessed via the central stairwell with a lift on the courtyard side. A glass bridge on the 1st upper floor connects to the "Haus am Wall" (Building Section 4), thus creating direct access from the existing building. The extension is entered on the 1st and 2nd upper floors through a spacious entrance area that welcomes visitors and employees with a view into the lounge or a planted atrium. The departmental areas, which are organised in a three-bay layout, are accessed on both sides. The services to be awarded comprise the electrical installation work required for this purpose (see procurement documents such as the bill of quantities, etc.). The "main quantities" of the electrical installations are as follows: - 3 low-voltage distribution boards as design-verified low-voltage switchgear assemblies in multiple-cabinet form - 22 sub-distribution boards - approx. 1,500 linear metres of main supply lines from 5x10 mm² to 2x240/120 mm² - approx. 2,255 linear metres of cable trays/mesh trays in various widths, some in black - 320 floor boxes - KNX control for lighting and sun protection (140 drives), lighting control with presence detectors - 1 central battery with 261 luminaires incl. cable network - 738 luminaires with DALI interface - PV system, 2 inverters, 50 kWp, 243 photovoltaic modules, 450 Wp, bifacial glass-glass design - Fire and sound protection systems as system boxes - Lightning protection system All further details and items can be found in the bill of quantities.
