Opportunity description

Electrical works Type and scope of the service (including all lots and options): The Municipality of Niederkrüchten is planning the renovation of the Am Kamp outdoor swimming pool. As part of the overall project, the existing 50-m concrete pool will be renovated on site with a stainless-steel lining, and the children’s pool will be completely rebuilt. In addition, a spray park will be installed as a water play area. The electrical works must provide the complete electrical infrastructure for the changing-room building and the outdoor facilities with the swimming pools. This includes the installation of the low-voltage main distribution board with all required outgoing circuits, the complete cabling and routing, the indoor and outdoor lighting system, and the public-address system for the building and outdoor areas. Furthermore, the earthing, equipotential bonding, and lightning-protection system, including protection of the PVT system, must be installed. Energy bollards for cleaning and maintenance work must be supplied and installed in the pool-deck areas. Approximate quantities / description of the procurement lx low-voltage main distribution board (NSHV), including meter cabinet, T1 +T2 surge protection, load-break switches, and protective devices; 5x energy bollards with CEE and Schuko sockets; KNX/EIB building automation with visualization server, DALI gateway, and presence detectors; approx. 2,700 m of NYM/NYY power cables of various cross-sections (1.5-150 mm2); approx. 2,000 m of IY(ST)Y/EIB control and data cables; 51x round surface-mounted damp-proof luminaires, 23x LED bollard luminaires for outdoor areas, 14x damp-proof batten luminaires; public-address system with 8x pole-mounted loudspeakers (weatherproof), 18x indoor surface-mounted loudspeakers, digital signal processor, power amplifiers, and 4x 6 m steel poles; 355 m of V4A stainless-steel ring earth electrode Fl30x3.5, 4x deep earth electrodes, 4x 2 m air-termination rods, including air-termination conductors and down conductors; lx 9U network cabinet with 24-port PoE switch, Cat. 6A patch panels, and fiber-optic connection; 2x disabled-person WC emergency call systems.
