High-voltage and low-voltage systems, 4th + 5th construction phases Extension of the following existing safety-related systems currently in operation in the New Palace: - Fire alarm system (BMA) - Intrusion alarm system (EMA) Due to technological constraints, manufacturer and product specifications are stipulated in the present invitation to tender for system components of the BMA and EMA. The use of the manufacturer-specific BMA and EMA components is required to ensure secure communication with the central systems in the emergency and service control center as well as in the intervention center. Main services: - 2 sub-distribution boards as floor-standing cabinets - 660 m of electrical heating tapes for roof/pipe/wall - 3500 m of high-voltage cables, including a proportional share of cable routes - 30 light fixtures, 50 installation devices 300 m renewal of the lightning protection air-termination system on a copper-sheet roof - 25 new fire detectors, 20 new RAS aspirating systems - Adaptation/upgrading of the existing intrusion alarm and fire alarm system, which currently monitors the entire property - Extension of the existing data network - Maintenance services Procedure: open.
