Supply of electrical energy and natural gas for the City of Rheinberg Supply of electrical energy and natural gas for the City of Rheinberg Lot 1 Electricity: Procurement of approx. 2.6 million kWh/a of electrical energy for the approx. 240 points of delivery of the City of Rheinberg. The points of delivery are divided into two groups. Formula-based procurement with two tranches per year is planned for the approx. 7 RLM points of delivery and the approx. 136 SLP points of delivery (Group 1), and the 97 street-lighting points of delivery (Group 2). The supplier assumes responsibility for balancing energy. Lot 2 Natural Gas: Procurement of approx. 7.5 million kWh/a of natural gas for the approx. 40 points of delivery of the City of Rheinberg. The points of delivery are divided into two groups. Formula-based procurement with three tranches per year is planned for the 1 RLM point of delivery (Group 1) and the approx. 39 SLP points of delivery (Group 2).
