Ww. Curslack; Construction of Battery Storage - Battery Energy Storage System, BESS (IW-22/01-200-002); Electrical engineering The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction project comprises the planning and construction of a 10 MWh battery system in container design, including the inverters and transformers, as well as a prefabricated building with medium-voltage switchgear, controllers and communication technology. The BESS is to be constructed at the Hamburg-Curslack waterworks. The procurement procedure will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with a preceding call for competition pursuant to §§ 15ff. SektVO. As part of the call for competition, suitable applicants will be selected and subsequently invited to submit a tender. In the first stage of the procedure, you will be requested to submit a request to participate in order to confirm your interest in carrying out the construction works. As part of this call for competition, the contracting entity will assess your suitability to carry out the construction project. The type and scope of the suitability and evaluation criteria are set out in the attached annexes. During the tendering phase, the contracting entity reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tender without conducting negotiations. Applicants will be selected during the request-to-participate stage in accordance with the attached Evaluation Matrix_Suitability.
