The subject matter of the service to be provided is the contracting authority's media management, i.e. all activities associated with the procurement, administration, maintenance, logistics, technology and service, as well as the use of the media used by the contracting authority. This includes in particular: • personal consultation for the contracting authority, • the provision and operation of an online platform for specialist information management (administration portal), • the provision and operation of an online database, including the procurement of licences for a legal information system, • the supply of media and specialist media and • the supply of specialist literature for trainees. The contracting authority is a statutory health insurance fund that operates flexibly in the market. Therefore, the services must also be provided for any future additional locations under the same conditions. The supply of brochures, flyers and comparable media that are not publishing products is not part of the services. The contractor advises the contracting authority, independently of publishers and products, on the selection and administration of the literature and specialist information holdings used in addition to the legal information system, in the form of digital and paper media. The contractor has comprehensive specialist knowledge in the field of social insurance (with a focus on health and long-term care insurance), ensuring professional advice on media relating to European, federal and state law. All media must, where available, be provided as online versions. In addition to use via Citrix, use via mobile devices (e.g. tablet, smartphone) must also be enabled. The contractor advises the contracting authority on the future-oriented selection of products. It supports the contracting authority in continuously optimising the individual requirements of the contracting authority's staff and corporate divisions with regard to cost-effectiveness, while equipping all requesting units with uniform media wherever possible. The contracting authority's media structure is primarily geared towards electronic media. The focus here is on providing all teams with homogeneous equipment using a uniform product wherever possible. Additional electronic solutions, loose-leaf publications, specialist newspapers and bound literature are to be procured only in exceptional cases, in compliance with fixed book pricing. The contractor provides an online platform / administration portal for professional specialist information management. In particular, access to the online works used by the contracting authority must be ensured via this platform. The absolute maximum limit for call-offs under this framework agreement is €130,000. The estimated net contract value is €1,650,000.00 (field 5.1.5), or €1,920,000.00 gross. The absolute maximum limit for call-offs under this framework agreement is €1,960,000.00 gross.
