As part of the German Federal Government's ZUG funding, the hall areas and all ancillary rooms are to be converted to LED technology. In the course of the work, the existing emergency lighting system is to be replaced with a new one. To perform the services, the District's standards for electrical engineering and IT must be strictly observed. The structural work is mainly limited to penetrations, fire protection, cable routing, replacement of luminaires and emergency luminaires, adaptation of the sub-distribution boards and mechanical opening/closing of suspended ceilings. The work must take place during the autumn holidays from 05.10.2026 to 16.10.2026. Thereafter, work is permitted only outside school hours in consultation with the school administration. The Contractor must ensure that it assigns enough workers (min. 4 persons) to the construction site so as not to jeopardize the execution period. Procedure: open.
