New planning of technical equipment, system groups 4 and 5. BPOLABT BDÜ is deployed both within the federal police jurisdiction of the individual service and to support neighboring authorities. It is part of the Federal Police's riot police component. The BPOLABT units are available to handle large-scale police situations. The subject of the planned contract award under this procurement procedure is specialist planning services for technical equipment - ELT for system groups 4 and 5 pursuant to § 53 et seq. in conjunction with No. 15.1 of Annex 15 HOAI, with planning services for service phases 2 to 3 and 5 to 8, as well as other special services.
