The subject of the procurement is specialist planning services for technical building equipment for the new construction of the Aurikelstieg primary school and daycare center, including a three-court sports hall, in Norderstedt. Partial services of service phase 3, where applicable partial services of service phase 4, and the complete services of service phases 5 to 9 in accordance with HOAI will be commissioned. Due to the technical building equipment planning not yet being fully integrated, a plan revision may be required.
