Information on the construction project - General description: The Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) is located at Invalidenstraße 44, 10115 Berlin, and is housed in a historic old building and an extension building of approximately the same size. This property contains four interconnected building sections: Sections A, B, C and D. All building sections have basements. Sections A and B are listed as historic monuments. The refrigeration system and the ventilation systems for the entire property were constructed in 1998 and no longer meet the state of the art. The planning task comprises the preparation of a refrigeration and ventilation concept, which, following approval by the contracting authority, is to be planned in greater detail and implemented in service phases 2 - 3, 5 - 9 pursuant to § 55 HOAI. - Contracting authority, user: BImA, BMV-Federal Ministry of Transport - Building use: Office building with kitchen and canteen - Type of construction project: Refurbishment of the refrigeration and ventilation systems of the entire property - GFA/GCV: 57,000m² - Project costs (net) for cost group 400 pursuant to DIN 276: EUR 2.7 million - Project duration: approx. 60 months 2. Subject matter of the contract - Service area: Technical equipment, system groups 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 - Scope of services: Basic services of service phases 2, 3 and 5-9 pursuant to §§ 55 HOAI, special services: including preparation of a refrigeration and ventilation concept for the entire property - Start/end of service provision: 1st quarter 2027 - 1st quarter 2032 A phased award of the services is planned.
