General planning services (HOAI service phases 1–9) for the construction of the new CHP/heat pump plant "Generation in the West" General planning (building design, specialist planning for process/plant engineering, technical equipment, electrical, instrumentation and control, and control systems engineering, structural design, outdoor facilities) for the construction of a new combined CHP unit/heat pump plant with a total output of approx. 14 MW electrical and approx. 17.5 MW thermal, 2,000 m³ heat storage facility, boiler house and ancillary facilities; service phases 1–9 HOAI (service phases 1–4 as the basic commission upon conclusion of the contract; service phases 5–8 as well as the acceptance and warranty phase as optional items to be called off in stages) plus optional planning services (electricity storage, power-to-heat, BEW application documents). The planning must meet the requirements of the Federal Funding for Efficient Heating Networks (BEW) ("funding-neutral" planning). An auction award pursuant to Section 8a KWKG (January 2026) has been granted for the project; the objective is the commercial commissioning of the generation plant by mid-2028; the resulting scheduling requirements must be taken into account when providing the services.
