Planning services for project implementation for the expansion of the passive FTTB network infrastructure In order to create a good basis for the provision of Next-Generation-Access, the District of Uelzen has decided to connect the previously underserved areas to broadband services via its own fiber-optic routes and to implement the subscriber connection while taking economic considerations into account. The current phase serves to select a service provider to be commissioned with project implementation (planning and expansion of the required passive network infrastructure in the District of Uelzen). The services in question include, in particular, structural planning, execution planning, approval planning, preparation of the award of the construction contract, support/design of the award of the construction contracts, construction supervision and property management based on HOAI § 55, service phases 3-9.
