Germany – Engineering design services – Design services for the renovation of the flat roofs of Building A at the Tettnang School of Electronics

Opportunity description

The Bodenseekreis district intends to carry out further renovation measures at the Tettnang School of Electronics. The school was constructed at the beginning of the 1970s with the first building (Part A) and was expanded in the late 1980s/early 1990s with Building B. In addition to the two building sections A and B, which primarily house classrooms and laboratories, the building ensemble also includes the workshop building and the caretaker's house. The following measure is essentially planned: - Renovation of the two flat roofs above the ground floor and above the 1st upper floor of Building Section A, including integration of the specialist planning by a specialist planner, who is yet to be commissioned separately, for the installation of photovoltaic systems. The subject of this procurement procedure is the commissioning of design services for the renovation of the flat roofs of Building A. According to current planning, the Bodenseekreis district assumes preliminary total costs amounting to approximately EUR 1.542 million € gross in total. The current cost estimate regarding eligible costs is based on the following assumptions: Cost Group 300 approximately 912 thousand € net, Cost Group 400 approximately 112 thousand €. The following scope of services is to be commissioned: Basic services for the design of buildings and interiors pursuant to Section 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 (project planning for buildings), service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 in accordance with the service profile under the Simmendinger Table (see Annex 3). Commissioning in stages and sections is intended; there is generally no entitlement to further commissioning. The following service stages in the form of service phases and construction sections are planned: - Service phases 1 to 3 beginning January 2027, ending mid-March 2027, including cost calculation in accordance with DIN 276, among other things as the basis for the fee - Service phases 5 to 8 beginning mid-/late March 2027, ending mid-December 2027 Procedure: neg-w-call.
