Germany – Engineering design services – Framework Agreement for Electrical Engineering Planning

Type of services The services to be provided are electrical engineering planning services in the system groups pursuant to HOAI 2021 §53 and fee zones pursuant to Annex 15 Number 15.2: 1. High-voltage installations; Zones I, II and III 2. Telecommunications or information technology installations; Zones I, II and III Technical equipment planning for buildings and associated structures is to be provided based on the service profile pursuant to HOAI 2013, §§ 53-56, comprising the basic and special services of service phases 1 to 8. The Client may call off the service in partial services from all service areas to be provided. Particular emphasis is placed on: - Recording the existing condition, reviewing and updating existing as-built documentation and system concepts; network calculations - Determination of basic requirements, conversion/system concepts based on user requirements; cost estimates - Coordination of technical planning - Brand-neutral specifications; technical bid evaluation, award recommendations - Specialist site supervision, including for commissioning and verification of the correctness and implementation of the technical measures, including in accordance with the requirements of the building permit - Compliance with the Technical Connection Conditions of the FZ The Contractor (AN) is to support the Client (AG), particularly the Electrical Engineering Department (B-E), in performing its tasks as flexibly and quickly as possible through its planning services. The planning is structured by cost groups in accordance with DIN 276 and HOAI §53 as follows: KG 400 Building—Technical Installations • KG 440 High-voltage installation / system group 4 - Zones I to III, • KG 450 Telecommunications and Information Technology Installations / system group 5 - Zones I to III, • KG 460 Conveyor Systems / system group 6 - Zones I to III The Client may call off the service in partial services from all service areas to be provided.
