Construction supervision and site management for road construction and traffic engineering By cabinet decision of 01.03.2023, following a nationwide competition, the German Federal Government designated the City of Halle (Saale) as the future location of the "Future Center for German Unity and European Transformation" (hereinafter referred to as the Future Center). Over the next few years, the City of Halle and Stadtwerke Halle will coordinate the site clearance and adaptation of the transport facilities at the central Riebeckplatz in Halle (Saale), in particular to enable a federally funded "Future Center Building" to be constructed there from 06/2028. Following extensive preliminary investigations, the City of Halle (Saale) has determined the future location and dimensions of the transport facilities, the framework conditions to be observed, and the minimum quality characteristics. Therefore, together with Stadtwerke Halle, due to the extraordinarily complex framework conditions in terms of time, technology, and economics, the further planning services will be awarded to a capable turnkey contractor together with the construction services and the coordination of the site clearance measures.
