Opportunity description

Construction planning services Region 10 ELT Performance of construction planning services for Region 10: Framework agreement for specialist ELT planning services. Total costs, cost groups 200–900 (excluding initial equipment), max. EUR 570,000 net (excluding value-added tax) pursuant to II.2.4). Price/performance competition in accordance with the information in the publication and the procurement documents. For the planning and performance of specialist ELT planning services in Region 10, a competent, experienced specialist planning firm familiar with renovating and converting existing buildings is sought. The planner engaged under the framework agreement will develop and validate the planning requirements and the planning bases for the respective minor construction project together with the contracting authority’s representatives, and will prepare, coordinate and oversee the execution of the planning and construction measures, where applicable in conjunction with other planning disciplines in the relevant region.
