The roof of laboratory building 102 at Robert-Hooke-Straße 7b is in need of renovation. As part of the measure in question, a comprehensive fundamental renovation is planned, comprising the complete removal and replacement of the existing roof waterproofing, including thermal insulation. The roof area consists of 5 sections: - Cryogenic laboratory technical center as a low-pitched roof on a timber structure - Main roof as a flat roof - Integration hall technical center as a low-pitched roof on a timber structure - Technical center 1 ventilation systems as a low-pitched roof on a steel structure - Technical center 2 as a flat roof in the sunken inner courtyard Based on the current condition of the existing structure, the following services are planned: Safety and Health Protection Coordination (SiGeKo) services in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance for the planning and execution phase of the roof renovation.
