The state capital of Hannover intends to conduct regular inspections of the structural stability of a large proportion of municipal properties in accordance with VDI 6200. The services are to be commissioned in 8 lots. The contracting authority reserves the right to award between 1 and a maximum of 8 lots to one economic operator. It is therefore possible for all lots to be awarded to one tenderer. The task is to prepare an expert report on the building fabric of all buildings located on the specified property. The expert reports shall be prepared in accordance with procedural guideline (VH) 3-221-3 of the LHH (annex/contractual component), based on VDI 6200. The structure and organization of the expert reports must follow the manner described therein. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 200,000 EUR.
