The intention is to commission engineering services pursuant to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI in stages. In connection with this procedure, the basic services of service phases 2-3 and 5-8 as well as special services of service phase 3 and service phase 8 are to be awarded. Expansion of the heating plant in Building H by means of heat pump(s) to increase the renewable share. A cost specification of approximately EUR 1,190,000 gross (KG 420, KG 480) is envisaged for the construction project.
