The existing daycare center in Gemmerich is to be extended. The construction of an annex with a dining hall and fresh-food kitchen as well as an additional group room with the associated toilet facilities, ancillary rooms and technical rooms is intended. The annex is to be connected to the existing building by a connecting wing. The annex and connecting wing are planned with a gross floor area of 478.95 m² and a gross building volume of 2,164.15 m³. In addition, there will be approximately 110 m² of covered terraces. The annex is to be single-story. The existing building is currently heated by an oil-fired heating system. It is to be newly planned for the existing building and the annex. For further details, reference is made to the operational description and the cost framework. A preliminary design already exists, which is also part of the procurement documents. Construction will be carried out during ongoing operations. According to the current estimate, the eligible costs (net) are expected to be as follows: KG 300 Building - Building Construction: 1,112,896.19 EUR; KG 400 Building - Technical Installations: 432,234.49 EUR.
