Opportunity description

The existing daycare center in Gemmerich is to be extended. The construction of an extension with a cafeteria and fresh-cooking kitchen as well as an additional group room with the associated toilet facilities, ancillary rooms and technical rooms is intended. The extension is to be connected to the existing building by a connecting wing. The extension and connecting wing are planned with a gross floor area (BGF) of 478.95 m² and a gross building volume (BRI) of 2,164.15 m³. In addition, there will be approximately 110 m² of covered terraces. The extension is to be single-story. The existing building is currently heated by an oil heating system. It is to be redesigned for the existing building and the extension. For further details, reference is made to the operational description and the cost framework. A preliminary design already exists, which is also part of the procurement documents. Construction will be carried out during ongoing operations. According to the current estimate, the chargeable costs (net) are expected to be as follows: KG 300 Building - Building construction: EUR 1,112,896.19; KG 400 Building - Technical installations: EUR 432,234.49.
