Structural engineering services, LPH 3 to 6 including Special Services, for the replacement new building and restructuring of the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School. The contracting authority intends to restructure the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen. In the course of the restructuring, the "Old Gymnasium" in particular is to be demolished and a new building erected in its place. The restructuring will take place in 2 construction phases, construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 2"). The construction project is to be implemented with funding pursuant to Art. 10 BayFAG. The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of structural engineering services pursuant to §§ 49 et seq. of the Regulation on Fees for Architects' and Engineers' Services (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers - HOAI) (hereinafter referred to only as "HOAI") for service phases (LPH) 3 to 6, including Special Services, of construction phase 1, as well as service phase 3 of construction phase 2, for the project "Replacement new building and restructuring of the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen".
