New construction of a social building at the Langburkersdorf road maintenance depot – Specialist planning for technical equipment, system groups 4, 5 and 7-9 The district of Sächsische Schweiz – Osterzgebirge is planning the construction of a new social building with a garage complex for the Langburkersdorf road maintenance depot. The property is owned by the contracting authority and is located within the area covered by the legally valid development plan No. 9 “Neustadt in Sachsen/Langburkersdorf Industrial and Business Park” (Annex 08). The new building complex is to include all rooms required for the administration, operation and organization of the Langburkersdorf road maintenance depot in accordance with the Guidelines for the Design of Road Maintenance Depots – RAM 2025 (Annex 09). In addition, a garage with 3 parking spaces will be attached to or constructed alongside the social building. The costs (KG 200-KG 500 and KG 700) are estimated at EUR 2.623 million gross. The contracting authority intends to award planning services for the specialist planning of technical equipment, system groups 4, 5 and 7-9, pursuant to Sections 54 et seq.
