Object planning for transport facilities The A73 is to be upgraded as part of a comprehensive maintenance measure to the currently applicable standard cross-section RQ 31 in accordance with RAA, in order, among other things, to ensure 4+0 traffic routing for future construction measures. In addition, the road section must be assessed for compliance with guidelines and for any existing route-planning deficiencies in horizontal and vertical alignment in accordance with RAA, as well as with regard to the pavement structure in accordance with RStO 12 (deficit analysis), and redesigned. As part of the maintenance measure, the existing noise protection must be reviewed in terms of both location and height. Possible dismantling and replacement measures, whether as an embankment, wall, or embankment-wall combination, must be taken into account accordingly in the planning.
